Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply superb! The rooms in the east bungalow were spotless and even had an evening turn-down service. The staff went above and beyond, especially Emmanuel who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location surrounded by mesas and forests was hard to beat, offering a unique and friendly service experience with rooms that felt like tree houses.
Staying at this hotel was a cozy, treehouse-like experience with clean and well-maintained rooms, wonderful beds, and nice bathrooms. However, the trundle bed for a third person was uncomfortable due to the raw wood platform. The service was warm and attentive, the location within the mountains was gorgeous, and the dining offered a good variety with the only setback being serving hot food cold.
I was thrilled with the beautiful and spacious rooms, the amazing double-headed outdoor shower, and the cleanliness in the middle of the jungle, even though I missed having hammock chairs. The service provided by Juan Diego, Martinez, and Marvin was top-notch, making it one of the best resort experiences. The location, nestled between a cold water river and a thermal river in the forest, was fantastic despite the high temperatures. The dining experience was incredible, with a delightful array of tropical fruits and hot items, even though the range on the buffet could be improved. Overall, a great place for a relaxing stay.
